Today, Chris has returned to Petersham and has established Swift River Renovations. He specializes in restoring and renovating period homes, stonework, foundation repair and post and beam repair.

Swift River Renovations' current projects include a complete makeover of an antique salt box home on Main Street begun in late 2008 and a total renovation planned for 2009 of a stately Greek Revival home that overlooks the common. Both projects require significant demolition and reconstruction ahead of the final renovation work that will bring these properties back to their former authentic condition.
